01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the joya 44 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform"). 03 Account Registration

Single Account Policy

05 Bonus & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Promotion Eligibility

Promotions are valid for the stated duration only and may be withdrawn or amended at joya 44's sole discretion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.

06 Prohibited Conduct

When using the joya 44 Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of this section constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or reverse-engineer any Platform component.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or disputes on legitimate deposits without good-faith grounds.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the joya 44 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, sound effects, data compilations, and underlying code, is the proprietary intellectual property of joya 44 or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joya 44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings as a result of technical errors, Platform downtime, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain account security.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by data feed failures or third-party provider issues, subject to joya 44's fair resolution process.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, promotional content, or advice published on the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.

Where joya 44 is found liable despite the foregoing limitations, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your joya 44 account at the time the claim arose.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

joya 44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has required the suspension or closure of the account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your joya 44 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements. Effect of Closure

Governing Language
